HEALING JUSTICE
Justice Teams Network is deeply committed to Healing Justice. Healing Justice provides a framework within which we organize to end all forms of state violence while nurturing our communities’ leadership capacities and healing generations of trauma by utilizing healing modalities indigenous to our communities.
We offer Healing Justice resources to families impacted by state violence. We also provide tools for healers and organizers on the ground to practice Healing Justice in their own work and organize healers the state.
Justice Teams Network is proud to release our brand new Healing Justice Train the Trainer: A Curriculum Manual for Facilitators.
We have created the Healing Justice Train the Trainer Manual for people to facilitate their own healing justice training in order to transform systems of violence statewide.

Justice Teams Network is excited to launch the California Healers Network, our new statewide network of Healing Justice practitioners. Through our California Healers Network, we will build a statewide infrastructure to support organizers, organizations, and directly impacted communities. Together we will build collective models of care and safety in relationship to liberation movements in California and beyond.
A Guide to Organizing A Healers Network To Sustain Our Movement
Healers Networks are a step towards bringing healing to our communities. They help ensure that our work leads us towards a liberation that is healing for each one of us, especially for those who have and continue to be targeted by carceral violence and all forms of state violence.
A Healers Network helps to sustain all other movement work by providing healing services and support to organizers, families, and children who are leading advocacy, organizing, and policy change in your community and state.
We have created a new guide for healers to self organize a Healers Network in their community.
Healing Justice Toolkit
Our Healing Justice Campaign began as an initiative run by grassroots organization Dignity & Power Now in conjunction with the Justice Team Network.
Dignity & Power Now is an LA based grass roots organization aimed at preserving the dignity of incarcerated prisoners, their families and affected communities.
The Healing Justice work at Dignity & Power Now provides assistance to those affected by trauma as a result of state law enforcement. The program functions through a number of organized meetups offering healing assistance in different forms such as therapy, reiki and massage.
